after teaching esthetics in schools, and going solo for myself, i realized there was a massive disconnect in the education for entreprenuership.

The current realities of our beauty industry require an entrepreneurial approach to business, even in most salon “employee” settings.

I created this guide to help bridge the gap between the cosmetology school education + the lived, real experiences of myself + countless beauty professionals I’ve connected with over the last decade in the industry.
